Designs by two iconic designers meet on these very special lumbar pillow covers. In 1947 Josef Frank designed Citrus Garden for Schumacher, which reissued the archival print for their 125th anniversary in the “primary” colorway. The hand-drawn motif portrays a garden of citrus trees reimagined in bright yellows, reds, greens, and blues printed on 100% linen. The other side of the pillow cover has Barbara Barry’s Merida design from her partnership with Kravet Couture. Merida, in a washed teal colorway printed on a 80% cotton/20% linen blend, is a design you can easily get lost in, with its pale, almost-neutral, colors, quiet movement, and amorphous shapes. This is a very limited edition: only three pillow covers are available, and design placement will vary.
